Pricing: free up to 25 tracked users. Pro is $79 a month billed yearly ($99 monthly) for 100 tracked users, $279 at 500 and $529 at 1,000.
Pick it if: up to ten people manage the board and your customers number in the hundreds, not the thousands.
Skip it if: a large audience votes, because then Canny's meter climbs faster than Featurebase's seats.

3. Nolt, best for unlimited admins at a fixed price

Nolt is the cleanest answer to seat pricing. Every plan includes unlimited admins, users and posts, and the only thing you pay for is boards. Your whole team can triage feedback for $29 a month billed yearly.

Pricing: Essential is $29 a month billed yearly ($39 monthly) for one board with Slack, Discord, GitHub and Trello. Pro is $69 ($89) for five boards with Jira, Linear and Zapier. No free plan, a 10-day trial.
Pick it if: five or more teammates touch feedback and one board covers your product.

4. UserJot, best free plan for a small team

UserJot gives a team of three what Featurebase gives one person for free: three admins, two boards, a public roadmap and a changelog, with unlimited users and posts. Paid plans add features like a custom domain or private boards. Customers never count, and the three-admin limit only lifts on Professional.

UserVoice suits the company that wants feedback run as a program, with research tools, analytics and an account team, rather than as a module in a support suite. It does not bill per seat either: plans depend on feedback volume, tools and integrations, quoted after a demo.

Pricing: no public prices. Quotes are publicly reported from about $16,000 a year, with a 30-day trial through sales.
Pick it if: you have a research team and a procurement process.
Skip it if: Featurebase's price was the problem, since this is the most expensive option here.

LogChimp is the smaller option in Node.js, and its free self-hosted tier stops at posts and votes for one admin, with boards and roadmaps on a paid plan.

Count your teammates first. With three or fewer, UserJot's free plan covers you. Above that, Nolt and Frill keep the price flat however many join.
List the modules you open. If it is only the board, pay only for a board. If surveys and the changelog matter, Sleekplan and Frill keep them.
Keep support separate if it works. Moving off Featurebase is easiest when the inbox and help center already live elsewhere, or can.
