What drives the bill

Team seats. Sleekplan does not charge for the people who give feedback. It charges for the people who manage it. The free plan is a single-admin workspace, Starter includes three seats, Business ten, and additional seats are paid add-ons. For a solo founder that is irrelevant. For a product team of five, Starter is already too small.

AI credits. The AI features, such as auto-categorization, deduplication, and theme analysis, run on credits: 1,000 on Starter, 5,000 a month on Business, with more available as an add-on. If you lean on the AI, the plan price is a floor, not the bill.

Modules by tier. The free plan has the board, roadmap, and changelog. Satisfaction tracking (CSAT and NPS) starts at Starter. Surveys, removing Sleekplan branding, and a custom domain need Business. So the realistic price for a "no visible vendor branding" setup is $38 a month, not $13.

Monthly versus yearly. The prices above are billed yearly. Sleekplan says annual billing saves two months, so paying monthly costs roughly 20% more over a year.

Is Sleekplan worth it?

For a small team that wants the whole bundle, yes. $13 a month for a board, roadmap, changelog, and NPS is hard to beat, the free plan is genuinely useful, and unlimited feedback and subscribers on every plan avoids the tracked-user math that tools like Canny impose.

It gets less attractive in three situations. If more than a handful of people manage feedback, seats add up. If you only want a feature request board, you are paying for and maintaining five modules to get one. And if your product is a native app, Sleekplan is a web widget, so your users vote in an embedded web view or outside the app.
