Frill pricing explained: what you actually pay in 2026

The short answer. Frill has four plans: Startup at $25 per month, Business at $49, Growth at $149, and Enterprise from $349. Every plan includes unlimited teammates and unlimited tracked users. The catches are a 50-idea cap on Startup and three add-ons, privacy, surveys and white labeling, that cost $25 to $100 a month each on the lower tiers. There is no free plan, only a 14-day trial.

What drives the bill

The 50-idea cap. Startup allows 50 active ideas. For a product with real users that fills up in weeks, and the next step is Business at $49, almost double.

The add-ons. Private boards are $25 a month extra, surveys $25, white labeling $100. Business with privacy and white labeling reaches $174 a month, which is more than Growth's flat $149. The advertised price is rarely the bill on the lower tiers.

What does not grow. Teammates and tracked users are unlimited everywhere, which is a real advantage over per-seat and tracked-user tools.

Is Frill worth it?

For a team that wants a polished board with many admins and does not need private boards or white labeling, yes. Unlimited teammates at $25 is generous.

It gets less attractive if you need privacy or branding removal, where the add-ons push you toward Growth, or if your product is a native app, since Frill is a web widget.

The flat-priced alternative

WishKit starts free, with one project and no credit card. Premium is a flat $15 per month, or $12.50 billed yearly, with two projects and everything included: comments, notifications, segmentation, watermark removal. No add-ons. Enterprise is $39 per month with unlimited projects. Apps get a native SwiftUI SDK, websites embed the same board with two lines of HTML.
