ChatKit (the iOS feedback tool, not OpenAI's web chat framework of the same name) adds a one-to-one messaging inbox to an iOS app: users send bug reports and requests, you reply from a web inbox, and they see the reply in the app. It is free to start and installs as a Swift package. Three things send people looking for an alternative.
It is private. Every conversation is between one user and you. Nobody else sees a request, so nothing gets voted on, duplicates pile up in your inbox, and the same idea arrives ten times as ten chats.
No published pricing. ChatKit says free to start and does not publish what paid plans cost, so you cannot budget for it before you depend on it.
iOS only. There is no web version, so a product with a website and an app cannot share one feedback channel.
Here are the seven alternatives worth your shortlist. All of them are boards rather than chats, because a board is what turns feedback into a ranked list. One of them, WishKit, now bundles a private 1-on-1 chat on top.

Canny is the established feedback platform with boards, roadmap, changelog and deep integrations. On iOS it lives in a web view rather than native UI, and the free plan stops at 25 tracked users.
Featurebase is the one tool here that also does what ChatKit does: it has a support inbox with an AI agent, alongside public boards, roadmap and changelog. It is web-first and billed per seat from $29.
Upvoty is a voting board with a public roadmap, billed per project from $15 with unlimited tracked users. It is web only, so on iOS it is a web view or a link out.
Sleekplan bundles a board, roadmap, changelog and NPS surveys behind a website widget, with a free single-admin plan and a $13 Starter. Web only.
UserJot has a free plan with two boards, three admins, unlimited posts and voters, and a changelog. It is a web board, so it suits a product that also has a website.
Fider is an open-source board with ideas, votes and statuses, self-hosted with Docker and PostgreSQL. Public and voteable, unlike ChatKit, but web-based and yours to run.
