UserJot is a modern web feedback board with a genuinely generous free plan. Most people looking for an alternative are not fleeing a problem. They need something UserJot does not do. Three needs come up.
A native app. UserJot is a web board. If your product is an iOS or macOS app, your users vote in an embedded web page or leave the app.
A cheaper paid tier. The jump from free to Starter is $29 a month. Several tools on this list charge half that for their entry plan. The tiers are in UserJot pricing explained.
Integrations and support tooling. Starter includes one integration and Professional unlimited, but teams with a deep tool stack or a support inbox to connect usually want more.
Here are the seven alternatives worth your shortlist.

Upvoty is $15 for one project with unlimited boards, where UserJot's $29 Starter includes five. It has no free plan, so it only wins once you are paying, and its changelog and integrations start at $25.
Sleekplan starts at $13 a month billed yearly and bundles a roadmap, changelog and NPS surveys with the board. Its free plan is single-admin, so UserJot's free tier is more generous for a small team, but the paid step is less than half of UserJot's.
Canny is what UserJot's one-integration Starter tier is not: Jira, Salesforce, Intercom, Zendesk and AI deduplication, at $79 a month billed yearly from 100 tracked users, with a free plan up to 25.
Featurebase adds a help center and an AI support inbox to the boards, roadmap and changelog. If you wanted UserJot to also be your support tool, this is that product, billed per seat from $29.
Frill includes unlimited teammates on every plan, where UserJot caps admins at three until Professional. It has no free plan and its $25 Startup caps active ideas at 50.
Fider removes the board and admin limits by being your own server: an open-source board with ideas, votes and statuses, deployed with Docker and PostgreSQL.
