A free plan for chat and bug reports, $149 a month for everything else, and AI billed per resolution on top. Here is the full picture.

The short answer. Gleap has four plans: Free, Team at $149 a month, Pro at $299 and Enterprise from $999, billed yearly, or $179, $359 and $1,199 billed monthly. Free covers one seat and one project with live chat and in-app bug reporting. The feedback roadmap, surveys and the help center start on Team. On Team and Pro, every conversation Gleap's AI agent resolves adds $0.29. Paid plans come with a 7-day trial.
If you read about Gleap pricing elsewhere, you may find a Hobby plan at $39, a Starter plan at $49, or the line that there is no free plan. Several pages that rank for "gleap pricing" still say so. It was true until recently: when we checked Gleap's pricing in September 2026, the cheapest plan was Starter at $49 a month billed yearly, and there was no free plan. On October 7, 2026, Gleap's own pricing page lists Free, Team, Pro and Enterprise, and nothing called Hobby or Starter.
| Plan | Billed yearly | Monthly | What it adds | Good to know |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | 1 seat and 1 project, live chat, in-app bug reporting | 50 tickets a month, 14-day history, 100 emails a month |
| Team | $149/mo | $179/mo | Unlimited seats and projects, roadmap, help center, surveys, replays | Plus $0.29 per AI resolution |
| Pro | $299/mo | $359/mo | Voice agent, model choice, advanced reports, custom roles, SOC 2 report | $500 AI credit a year on yearly billing, plus $0.29 per AI resolution |
| Enterprise | From $999/mo | From $1,199/mo | Single sign-on, invoice billing, bring your own model, success manager | AI pricing by agreement |
Based on Gleap's pricing page as of October 7, 2026. Spotted something outdated? Let us know.
The roadmap starts on Team. Free is a real plan for live chat and bug reports, but it has no feedback board. If you came to Gleap for feature requests and voting, the entry price is $149 a month billed yearly, or $179 month to month.
AI resolutions. Gleap's AI support agent answers customers on every plan, and on Team and Pro each conversation it resolves costs $0.29. Gleap defines it precisely:
"A resolution is a conversation Kai Support answered where the customer did not ask for a human within 72 hours, and our review confirms Kai Support resolved it."
Hand-offs to your team cost nothing, and you can ask Gleap to bill the agent by tokens instead. At 500 resolutions a month, Team costs $149 plus $145, so about $294. The other agents, which investigate tickets, open pull requests and suggest priorities, bill by the tokens they use. Gleap puts an investigation at about $0.49 on average.
Emails. Team and Pro include 1,000 emails a month to your customers, replies and campaigns included, then $2 per 1,000.
What does not grow. From Team up, seats and projects are unlimited. Gleap's pricing page sums it up as "No seats, no surprises." Your team can grow without the bill moving, and early-stage startups can apply for 50% off Team or Pro for 12 months.
For a team that wants support and feedback in one place, yes. An AI agent that answers customers, live chat, bug reports with screenshots, surveys and a roadmap, all with unlimited seats, is a lot for $149. And the Free plan is generous if chat and bug reports are all you need.
It gets expensive if the feedback board is the main thing you want, since that alone means Team. It also suits web apps better than native ones: Gleap's iOS SDK shows its widget in a web view, so it does not look like the rest of an iOS app.
WishKit includes the feedback board on its free plan: one project, unlimited users and no credit card. Premium is a flat $15 a month, or $12.50 billed yearly, with two projects, comments, user notifications, segmentation by revenue and in-app chat. Nothing is metered, so there is no AI bill on top. Websites embed the board with two lines of HTML, and iOS apps get a native SwiftUI SDK. The side-by-side comparison is in WishKit vs Gleap.

No. Free has one seat, and Team, Pro and Enterprise include unlimited seats and projects. The part that grows is AI usage: $0.29 per resolution on Team and Pro, and tokens for the other agents.
The support agent is included on Free for 50 conversations a month and costs $0.29 per resolved conversation on Team and Pro. The other agents bill by tokens, and Gleap puts a ticket investigation at about $0.49 on average.
