Gleap is ambitious and good at what it aims for. It describes itself as an AI software team: agents answer support questions, investigate bugs with session evidence, triage feature requests, and open pull requests your engineers review. If that is the problem you have, Gleap is a serious product and this page will not talk you out of it.
The feedback board is one module inside a support desk. Gleap's roadmap sits alongside live chat, a knowledge base, bug reporting, surveys, onboarding checklists, product tours and marketing automation. That breadth is the point of the product. It also means you carry all of it to get the part you came for.
The in-app UI is a web view. Gleap ships an iOS SDK, and their open-source SDK renders the widget in a WKWebView that loads their hosted frame. WishKit's board is real SwiftUI for iOS, macOS, visionOS, watchOS and tvOS, so it inherits your app's look, your dark mode, and your navigation instead of approximating them.

Requests that never reach a support desk. Gleap's AI can triage and prioritize what arrives in its inbox, which is genuinely useful. Plenty of feature requests never arrive anywhere, though, because they get posted publicly instead. WishKit captures those straight from X: a user asks for something in a post, and it lands on your board without anyone filing a ticket.
Gleap starts at $49 a month billed yearly, or $59 billed monthly, and there is no free plan. That Starter tier covers one seat and one project and does not include the feature roadmap. The roadmap starts on Team, which is $149 a month billed yearly or $179 billed monthly. Removing Gleap's branding and using your own domain also start on Team, and single sign-on is Enterprise only, which begins at $999 a month.
AI usage is charged on top of every plan. Gleap is explicit about it: plans do not include AI usage, which runs on prepaid credits deducted by tokens and model, with auto-recharge on by default for paid workspaces. That is an honest way to price AI, and it also means your monthly bill is not a fixed number.
WishKit is flat and knowable. Free covers one project with unlimited users. Premium is $15 a month, or $12.50 billed yearly, for two projects, comments, user notifications, segmentation and capture from X. Enterprise is $39 a month, or $32.50 yearly, for unlimited projects. Nothing is metered, so the number you see is the number you pay.
Choose Gleap if you want AI agents handling support, session replay and bug reporting in one suite, and the roadmap is a bonus. Choose WishKit if the feedback board is the thing you actually need, your product runs on Apple platforms, or you want a bill that does not move.
