The Rapidr alternative that goes native on iOS

Rapidr is a solid, well-rounded web tool. Unlimited boards on every plan, a public roadmap, a changelog, private and confidential comments, duplicate merging, voting on behalf of a customer, and a custom domain included from the entry plan up. Your own customers never count as billable seats, which is the right way round and not something every competitor does.

Everything happens in a browser. Rapidr's developer documentation covers a JavaScript SDK that embeds your portal in an iframe, plus identify and single sign-on calls. No iOS or Android SDK is published. So on a phone your board is a web page inside your app rather than part of it.

WishKit is native where it counts. The board is real SwiftUI on iOS, macOS, visionOS, watchOS and tvOS, and the same project also gets a two-line inline board for your website. One backlog, two front ends, and neither one is a browser pretending to be an app.

Two ways to catch what customers say elsewhere. Rapidr lets a team member cast a vote on behalf of a customer, so a request heard on a call still counts. WishKit takes the other route and captures feature requests from posts on X automatically, so a public ask becomes a board entry with nobody transcribing it.

Rapidr starts at $49 a month. The Startup plan covers five team members and includes the roadmap, changelog, widgets, private boards and a custom domain. Business is $199 a month for fifty team members and adds single sign-on, user segmentation and the Jira, HubSpot and Zapier integrations. Enterprise is a custom quote. No annual pricing is published, so the monthly figures are the figures.

There is no free plan, though the 14-day trial asks for no credit card and they publish a 30-day refund policy. Removing "Powered by Rapidr" requires Enterprise, so both published plans carry their branding.

WishKit is a third of the entry price and starts at zero. Free covers one project with unlimited users. Premium is $15 a month, or $12.50 billed yearly, for two projects with comments, user notifications, segmentation, capture from X and no watermark. Enterprise is $39 a month, or $32.50 yearly, for unlimited projects. Watermark removal arrives on Premium rather than being held back for a custom quote.

Choose Rapidr if you want a changelog and roadmap bundled with the board, you need fifty seats with SAML single sign-on, and your product lives in a browser. Choose WishKit if your product runs on Apple platforms, or you want the same board on web and in-app without paying $49 a month to start.
