The short answer. features.vote has two plans. Lite is $9 per month, or $90 per year, for one project with a public voting board, a public roadmap, email notifications and moderation tools. Growth is $29 per month, or $290 per year, for unlimited projects, and adds analytics, unlimited comments, user segmentation, private boards, a changelog, a custom domain, team management and removing the "Powered by" tag. Pricing never scales with votes, voters or tracked users. There is no free plan, only a 14-day trial without a credit card.

Almost nothing. That is the point of the product. Voters, votes and tracked users are unlimited on both tiers, and the only step is Lite to Growth.
The step is a big one, relatively. Lite is the board and the roadmap. Comments beyond the basics, a changelog, private boards, a custom domain and hiding the "Powered by" tag are all Growth, so most teams that want to close the loop end up at $29, not $9.
A setup service exists. features.vote offers a one-time setup from $99 for non-technical users. Worth knowing, but the embed itself is a script tag.
If you want the cheapest paid voting board for a website and one project is enough, yes. $9 a month with unlimited voters undercuts nearly everyone, including WishKit on the paid tier.
